Carrot Pasta


Ingredients
- 450 g carrots, peeled
- 15 ml olive oil
- 120 ml fresh cream
- 75 g grated Parmesan cheese

Carrot Pasta
Method
- Grate the carrots.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the carrots for 1 minute to soften.
- Stir in the cream and add the parsley
- Season to taste
- Cook for 4 minutes and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately, spooned over a bowl of cooked pasta of your choice.
