Carrot Pasta


  • 450 g carrots, peeled
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 120 ml fresh cream
  • 75 g grated Parmesan cheese

Carrot Pasta


  • Grate the carrots.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the carrots for 1 minute to soften.
  • Stir in the cream and add the parsley
  • Season to taste
  • Cook for 4 minutes and sprinkle¬†with the Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately, spooned over a bowl of cooked pasta of your choice.
